Machine down right now?

Call rather than email. Before we despatch anyone we will run a quick phone diagnosis — a good proportion of extraction faults turn out to be compressed air, a tripped overload or a pulse timer setting, and can be sorted in minutes without a service call.

Send an enquiry

We aim to respond same business day.

Photos help enormously. If you have them, email them to sales@topsinn.com.au and mention your name so we can match them up.

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry. We do not sell or share them.

Before you contact us

Two minutes of preparation turns a three-email back-and-forth into a single reply with a price on it.

  • Find the rating plate. It is usually on the side or rear of the collector cabinet. Photograph the whole plate, in focus, so the model and electrical details are readable.
  • Count the cartridges. Open the access door and count them. This confirms the model even when the plate is unreadable.
  • Check the cartridge mounting. Small hole or through hole — the most common ordering error on TODC units. What to look for →
  • Note your differential pressure reading if the unit has a gauge. It tells us a great deal about filter condition before anyone opens anything.
  • Know what you cut. Mild steel, stainless, galvanised, aluminium — and roughly what proportion. This drives which media we recommend.

If you cannot find any of it, contact us anyway. We will talk you through it.
