Filter cartridges and spare parts to suit Topsinn extractors

Cartridge filters
The cartridge filter is the consumable that determines whether your extractor works. These are the part numbers that come up most often on Topsinn TODC units in Australia. If yours is not listed, send us a photo of the label on the old cartridge.

Before you order: small hole or through hole?
This is the single most common ordering mistake on TODC extractors. Cartridges for the same series are supplied in two mounting arrangements, and they are not interchangeable with each other. Pull one cartridge, look at the top end plate, and photograph it. A small hole cartridge has a small central boss for a stud or yoke fixing; a through hole cartridge has a full-diameter open centre. Thirty seconds with a phone camera saves a wasted freight run.
Not sure which model you have? Our TODC model reference lists cartridge counts and filter part numbers for the whole range — in most cases you can identify the unit just by counting the cartridges.
What to tell us when you enquire
- Model from the cabinet rating plate, e.g. TODC-6L
- Number of cartridges in the unit (this confirms the model)
- Photo of the label on an existing cartridge, if it is still legible
- Photo of the cartridge top end plate showing the mounting arrangement
- What you are cutting, and roughly how many hours a week — this tells us what media to recommend
- Delivery suburb and postcode for freight

Not on the list? Industrial dust collectors are largely built from standard industrial components. If a Topsinn-specific part is unavailable or on a long lead time, there is very often a functionally equivalent item from a mainstream industrial supplier that will get you running. That is exactly the sort of problem we are good at solving — ask us before you accept a twelve-week wait.
How we quote parts
We are upfront about what you are buying, because in the aftermarket that matters:
- Genuine manufacturer parts are identified as such on the quotation.
- Compatible or equivalent parts are identified as such, with the specification we are supplying — media type, dimensions, efficiency rating — so you can judge it on the merits.
- We will tell you if a part is not worth replacing. Sometimes the honest answer is that the unit is at the end of its economic life, or that the real fault is upstream in the compressed air supply and a new filter will just blind again in a month.
You will not get a part number swapped for something cheaper without being told.
Freight
Parts go anywhere in Australia. Cartridge filters are bulky rather than heavy, so freight is usually charged on cubic volume — ordering a full set at once is materially cheaper per cartridge than ordering them one at a time. Give us a delivery postcode and whether the site has a forklift or loading dock, and the freight quote will be accurate rather than a guess.
